Processing Time: All orders are processed within 7 – 14 business days. It takes 7 – 14 business days to ship your order to our warehouse, put your name and address on it and ship out.
Shipping Time: Shipping time depends on your location and is calculated from the date the order is shipped out, not the date when the order is placed. Estimated transit times:

- UK: 7 - 10 business days
- Europe/Australia: 15 - 20 business day
- Singapore/JP/Korea/HK: 10 - 15 business days

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or extreme weather conditions in some parts of the country, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Tracking Number: Once your order has left our warehouse, we will send you the tracking number with the confirmation email so that you can track the package online.
For international shipping, tracking maybe stop once the package is handed over to the country's international carrier. Full tracking (marked as delivered on tracking) is only provided for Canada and Australia.
Craftsmanship Note: As our products are handmade, achieving 100% identical appearance to product images may not be possible. We appreciate your understanding and will always strive to deliver the best possible quality.
Return & Refund:
Orders will be confirmed by email before we begin embroidery. Please check your inbox and confirm your order within 24 hours of purchase to ensure we deliver exactly what you requested as quickly as possible.
If an issue occurs that is our responsibility (e.g., wrong shoe size or color, incorrect embroidered name/date, missing details, yellowing, scuffs, loose glue, etc.), we will gladly replace the item with a new one or issue a refund.
If the issue arises from customer-provided information or instructions, refunds and returns are not accepted; please email us so we can recommend an appropriate solution.
Customized items (including designs with your image, name, date, address, quotes, etc.) are non-refundable and non-returnable.
