1. Customer Order
Customers go to Happythreadsco website to buy gifts for their lovers. We collect information from those sites and handle orders, making sure they are fulfilled.
3. Send order to fulfillment
After we receive design from the designer team, we will review it to make sure it's high quality. If everything is done well, we'll send it off to fulfillment service to finish the job.
2. Confirm Order
Once you verify your orders, Happythreadsco will send the designs to our designer team for processing. This usually takes about 1-2 working days.
4. Ship order to customer
After your order has been fulfilled, it will be shipped to you by our fulfillment service. The process takes 7-15 business days. Again, thank you for ordering through Happythreadsco.
