At HappyThreadsCo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We’ve designed our return and refund policy to be fair, transparent, and hassle-free.
Return Eligibility
- Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date
- Item Condition: Items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In the same condition as received
- With original tags attached
- In original packaging
Return Process
- Request Authorization: Contact our Customer Service team at [email protected] to receive a return authorization and shipping instructions
- Package Your Return: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging
- Ship Your Return: Send your authorized return to: HappyThreadsCo Returns – 14321 Corporate Dr, Garden Grove, CA 92843
- Track Your Return: For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance
- Return Processing: Once received, we’ll inspect your return and notify you of its status within 1-2 business days
Refund Information
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after return approval
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase
- What’s Refunded:
- Full purchase price for eligible returns
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (except for defective items)
Special Circumstances
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery
- Provide photographs showing the damage or defect
- We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund (including return shipping costs)
Wrong Items
If you receive an incorrect item:
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery
- Provide photos of the item received
- We’ll arrange to send the correct item or process a full refund
Order Changes or Cancellations
- Changes or cancellations are only permitted within 12 hours of placing your order
- Contact Customer Service immediately with your order number and requested changes
- After 12 hours, orders cannot be modified
Exceptions
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Personalized or custom-made items (unless defective)
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
- Items without proof of purchase
- Items returned after the 30-day return period
