A shipping confirmation containing your tracking information will be sent to your order email once your package is dispatched. We recommend checking your spam/junk folders if you don't see it in your primary inbox.

Tracking information typically becomes active within 24-72 hours after you receive your tracking number. This delay occurs because tracking events are only registered once your package has been processed by the initial shipping facility.

Note: Some carriers experience longer update intervals depending on the shipping method and product type (particularly for Shoes, Backpacks, and more ...).
