- Hand-Embroidered Products: Items including Shoes, Notebooks, Socks, and Backpacks require a processing time of 1-2 weeks due to the detailed craftsmanship involved
- Machine-Embroidered Products: Items including Shirts, Sweaters, Hoodies, Hats, and Socks have a standard processing time of 3-5 business days

Important International Shipping Information
- Recipient is responsible for all customs fees, import taxes, and duties. These are not included in shipping costs.
- International tracking may be limited once packages leave the United States.
- Full delivery confirmation tracking is only guaranteed for Canada and Australia.

Shipping Delays & Issues
Potential Delays
Shipping times may be extended due to:

Address Issues
- Please verify your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.
- If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order:

- If the order has already shipped, we cannot guarantee the package will be rerouted
Lost or Undelivered Packages
- If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package:
- Check with household members and neighbors
- Look around your property and delivery areas
- Wait 24-48 hours as packages sometimes show as delivered shortly before actual delivery
- If your package is legitimately lost:
- Domestic orders: Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date
- International orders: Contact us within 21 days of the expected delivery date
- We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package or process a replacement/refund according to our policies
Return Shipping
- If you need to return an item due to a HappyThreadsCo error (wrong item, defective product), we will cover return shipping costs.
- For returns due to customer preference or customer error, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
